J&C Maternity Session ~ Emerald Isle, NC Maternity Photographer

I was so honored to recently photograph J&C's maternity session.  Not only does she have the cutest baby bump ever, she also has that sort of pregnancy we all envision - just somehow mine didn't produce such a fit and sexy body ;-)
J&C are a little extra special to me since I first met them a couple years ago to photograph their wedding.  They were actually one of my early "Trash the Dress" couples, so I knew they were going to be great fun for a maternity session.
Since I had a little more creative freedom with this couple, I concocted a great plan to start photographing in the woods near the swamps.  I envisioned the green marshy environment working a nice contrast to an intimate moment.  What I didn't envision was me getting stuck up to my knees in swamp muck!  Yes, clearly not one of my graceful moments.  Thank goodness we could all laugh at my expense and move along to other great locations.
